RESPONSE PROGRAM

• Identify the cause/spiller as potentially responsible party (PRP)
• Immediately assure that police/fire/health departments are notified and other response agencies, depending on type of spill
• Evaluate need for spill containment or clean up and coordinate contractor selection for clean up as appropriate
• Determine levels of performance/cost of clean up while assuring personal saftey
• Disposal Proposal will be evaluated to determine the most affordable method per incident basis
• Assure that closure reports are completed and submitted to the appropriate regulatory agency
